Alex joined AspinallVerdi in January 2017 following completion of his degree in Planning & Development BSc (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University, where he achieved a first class honours degree. This is an RICS accredited degree and Alex is currently working towards achieving his APC following the Planning & Development route.
Prior to joining AspinallVerdi, Alex worked as an assistant planner at Quod planning consultancy as part of his placement year for his degree where he gained experience dealing with both public and private sector clients. At AspinallVerdi, Alex has had experience on a number of roles including: Employment Land Reviews, Economic Viability Appraisals, and a range of market research and analysis jobs.

Fruit Market, Hull – As part of the ‘Hull City Plan’, the redevelopment of the Fruit Market is a key project aimed at creating and sustaining jobs in Hull’s ‘digital and creative quarter’, and maximising economic and cultural outputs for the UK City of Culture 2017. The regeneration of the Fruit Market has been made available following an £83.6m investment which includes new commercial and residential development as well as an extensive refurbishment programme bringing warehouses and historic buildings back in to use.
