AspinallVerdi is now 4 years old! We would like to thank our valued clients and colleagues for all the support during this period and share some of our highlights below.

We have been working with Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs).  We are on the Major Infrastructure Panel and ERDF Panel for Sheffield City Region LEP and we are working with Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership on an area-wide workspace assessment.

We have delivered European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding to Victory Park in Sheffield which is currently on-site and we are negotiating funding for 3 St Pauls Place – a new 100,000 sqft Grade A office building.  We are technical advisors to the Black Country (Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley and Sandwell) Authorities on their Property Improvement Programme ERDF scheme.  We have also acted on ERDF projects by Dransfield Properties and Henry Boot Developments.

We have advised Central Bedfordshire Council on the suitability of its employment estates for Local Development Orders (LDOs) and we are providing market and viability advice for the proposed LDO at Enterprise@Bognor Regis.

We are advising on major town centre schemes in London at Brentford and Enfield as well as at North Walsham, North Norfolk and Leighton Buzzard, Central Bedfordshire.  At LB Hounslow we are advising on a £400 million town centre scheme in Brentford by Ballymore.

We are development consultants at Ashton Green, Leicester and Whitehill & Bordon, East Hampshire urban extensions.  Ashton Green comprises 2,500 units and a new village centre and Whitehill & Bordon comprises 4,500 units.

We have completed options appraisals for various heritage schemes including projects at Kirkleatham Hall Stables, Redcar, First White Cloth Hall Court and Cornmill Fold Leeds and the Parsonage Hotel, York.

We have acted on various residential schemes across the country for Taylor Wimpey in Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds, Barratts in Rotherham and Gladedale at St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex in order to agree S106 Affordable Housing contributions.

AspinallVerdi provided property market and delivery advice for the first Neighbourhood Plan to be adopted at Thame in Oxfordshire.

We are retained by Sirius Minerals to facilitate site assembly as part of the £1.7 billion York Potash project, Whitby.

We have been fortunate to work on some exciting projects at the forefront of policy and innovation over the last four years and we are very proud of the work we have delivered.
