AspinallVerdi Welcomes two new recruits

 AspinallVerdi is pleased to announce two new recruits have joined our expanding team – Helen Reardon and Rebecca Trueman.  Rebecca has a degree in Human Geography BA (Hons), which covered Urban Regeneration, Sustainable Development, Economic Geography, and Geography of Development. She has also carried out an independent study to research the design of the built environment and has a background and experience in Renewable Energy, Property and Architecture. The social, environmental, physical and economic impacts of regeneration have always been of key interest to Rebecca.

Helen Reardon has joined AspinallVerdi as a senior consultant.  Helen is a chartered planning and development surveyor with 3 years post qualification experience. Helen has worked with both public and private sector clients on a wide range of projects. Her project experience includes development feasibility, planning applications, options appraisal, economic impact assessment, housing strategy, area master-planning, project and programme evaluations and funding applications. Skills acquired through this experience include development appraisal, site appraisal, data gathering and analysis techniques, community consultation and engagement, and market assessment.
