AspinallVerdi relocates to New London Office

AspinallVerdi – Property Regeneration Consultants has moved its London-based staff into larger offices in the heart of Farringdon. The new location in St John Street will accommodate the growth of its south east business over the coming years.

This comes from the growth of work the practice has in London and the South East.  Projects include high profile commissions such as our role as development advisors to Hounslow Borough Council with respect to the major £0.4bn regeneration at Brentford Town Centre, preparation of the North East Enfield Area Action for Enfield Borough Council, and Grade II* Listed St Luke’s chapel enabling development for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The practice has a growing portfolio of private sector development and viability commissions across the South East with projects completed in Kent, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Norfolk and London including Ealing, Islington and Hackney.
