AspinallVerdi has successfully advised their clients Watkin Jones Group with respect on one of Leeds’ largest PRS schemes to date.  The scheme, which is adjacent to the Leeds University Campus, encompasses 3 separate phases which comprises 261 keyworker apartments (the first in Leeds), 61 market apartments and 320 student residential rooms at St John’s Road.  The property pictured is the former St Michael’s College which is being restored.

AspinallVerdi advised on the purchase of the site and assisted with securing planning permission, including the completion of Housing and Viability Statements.  The scheme is currently on site and the first phase will be completed during summer 2016.
