Success with winning new clients and business across the UK has lead AspinallVerdi to expand its team.

Linda Raynor has joined as Associate Director from EC Harris and will enable the business to grow further with her skills and expertise in economic viability, feasibility and development management. Linda is an experienced Chartered Planning and Development surveyor who has previously worked with Atam and Ben over many years at DTZ, GVA and King Sturge.

Lucy Bullock and Andrew Abbott have joined as consultants in the Leeds and London offices respectively. Lucy has recently completed her MSc in Town Planning at Newcastle University and has an undergraduate degree in Geography and Planning. Andrew is a Real Estate graduate from the University of Northumbria, he will provide support for an expanding workload across the South.

Commenting on the expansion, Atam Verdi, Director said, ‘We are delighted to welcome the new members of our team. Linda is well known and her expertise enables us to provide expert resource to our workload and will be a catalyst for the next stage of growth’.

Linda said, ‘I am extremely pleased to join the AspinallVerdi team, working once more with former colleagues. I am looking forward to working with both existing and new clients.’
