AspinallVerdi has recently been appointed by Shepway District Council to advise on the development and disposal options for a site they own in Folkestone. AspinallVerdi will be working with co-consultants TCC on this commission.  The site known as Biggins Wood has an outline planning permission was secured for a mixed-use development of 5,142 sqm of industrial/storage units (classes B1 and B8), 660 sqm of commercial/office units, and 77 homes.

AspinallVerdi has been appointed to advise on the best route to market for the site which may involve the Council seeking a contractor or developer partner to deliver the site.  As part of the process AspinallVerdi will be consulting with agents, developers and contractors.
