We are delighted to announce that Parm Dosanjh has joined the Board of AspinallVerdi – Property Regeneration Consultants.  Parm joined AspinallVerdi from CBRE in 2011 and is responsible for business across the South of England and Midlands.

Recent successes include AspinallVerdi’s appointment as development advisors to Transport for London, negotiating a sale and purchase agreement between London Borough of Hounslow and Ballymore for a circa £400 million development scheme in Brentford Town Centre, and providing viability services to a range of clients securing planning consent.

Commenting on the move, Atam Verdi said, “This is an important step which will enable AspinallVerdi to continue to grow.  We are keen to hear from others with a passion for regeneration who would like to join us in the south.”
