AspinallVerdi prepared an Economic Viability Assessment on behalf of Banks Group for the site known as land off Station Road, Mickletown. The owners proposed a development consisting of 181 residential dwellings comprising a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5 bed properties.

Banks Group Ltd has submitted the planning application and is currently awaiting a decision from Leeds City Council’s planning committee.
