23/02/2012 Office acquisition completed for CO2 Sense

Retained by CO2 Sense, AspinallVerdi have completed site search and negotiations for new offices for the not-for-profit company.  Acting in a short timescale due to the sale of the former Yorkshire Forward offices, CO2 Sense now occupy 578.8 sqm (6,230 sqft) at the ground floor of the exceptional Marshall Mills office building in Holbeck Urban Village.  CO2 Sense are an innovative social enterprise dedicated to helping businesses prepare for the challenges of climate change and pursue long term growth. Igloo Regeneration are owners of the building.
