Jessica graduated in 2015 from Leicester University with a BA (Hons) in Geography, studying modules in economic development, GIS and the urban environment. Before joining the firm Jessica had a role with Tameside Council in their Planning and Building Control department where she gained experience working within the public sector realm. Jessica has also grown proficient in her report writing skills which has been developed throughout her academic and professional career.
Since joining AspinallVerdi Jessica has been involved in a number of regeneration projects including undertaking research in support of projects involving heritage buildings and feasibility and viability studies that the company undertakes. Jessica has also supported various property market analysis.

The £4m refurb and conversion of the Grade II listed Ashton Old Baths is now set to become home to a new digital, creative & media hub, offering flexible office accommodation. The transformation of Ashton Old Baths from a derelict landmark to a 21st century workspace has been a success story for Ashton under Lyne.
