Stuart has over 15 years’ experience in development viability, feasibility and delivery. He is a Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer with a degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
Stuart has worked for national consultancies Lambert Smith Hampton, GVA, and Peter Brett Associates. Through his consultancy work Stuart has had secondment roles at the Homes & Communities Agency and West Lindsey District Council to advise on funding programs and development delivery. Stuart has also worked for a private residential developer leading on site acquisition and due diligence.
Stuart has advised on major developments throughout the South of England including Sharpness Gloucestershire, Harwich Valley and New Addington regeneration in Croydon. Stuart also has experience in providing expert advice at examination in public and planning appeals.
