BSc (Hons), MCD, MRTPI, MRICS

Andy has over 20 years’ experience in the delivery and funding of major regeneration projects. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Town Planner with a degree in Real Estate Management and a Masters degree in Civic Design (Town & Regional Planning) from the University of Liverpool.

Prior to joining AspinallVerdi, Andy founded the Liverpool offices for Colliers International, specialising in Regeneration led development, particularly in town centres and strategic development land. Andy spent 15 years working in Manchester on Strategic Development and Consultancy for several major surveying practices, including Directorship at Lambert Smith Hampton in their Planning, Development and Regeneration team.

Andy has advised on several transformational schemes across the Liverpool City Region including the Pall Mall Office development, Cain’s Brewery Village and Festival Gardens. Andy has extensive knowledge of the Liverpool City area, Preston, Lancashire, Cheshire West and the Welsh borders area.

Andy brings to the team expert knowledge in feasibility studies, sale and acquisition of development land, development funding, market testing, and town centre masterplanning and regeneration.
