Acting on behalf of Spring Valley LLP, AspinallVerdi prepared a detailed viability assessment in order to establish the level of commuted sum payment to be made.  The development comprised the creation of 24 new apartments through new extensions (new floors) on five existing blocks of residential accommodation. 

Whilst agreement was reached with the Authority’s advisors the scheme was refused and was taken to appeal.  The Appeal was successful with the Inspector agreeing with our findings.
