Homes England Property Professional Services Framework

AspinallVerdi is appointed to the Homes England Property Professional Services Framework.

The Homes England Framework provides councils and other public bodies with European procurement compliant access to a broader range of technical and design services to help with the delivery of new homes, while helping public bodies to dispose of their land more quickly.

The Framework can be used to commission property related services including:

  • Property advisory services
  • Land and property agency services
  • Estate and facilities management services
  • Property investment, appraisal and compliance services
  • Valuation services
  • Lead consultant and project management services
  • Development structures and partnering
  • Office accommodation
  • General services
  • Design Quality Assessment Programme

AspinallVerdi leads on the Property advisory services; Land and property agency services; Valuation services; Development structures and partnering with a comprehensive supply chain of sub-contractors.

The Property Framework commenced on 17 June 2018 (Procontract Reference: DN562720).

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Estate Management Services Framework

We are a key partner in the Eddisons supply chain for the Government’s £0.5bn Crown Commercial Service (CCS) estate management services framework. The national procurement framework enables government bodies and other public sector organisations to call on the services of suppliers who have gone through the rigorous selection procedure.

  • Lot 1 – Total Estate Management
  • Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management
  • Lot 3 – Agency & Lease Management
  • Lot 4 – Surveying & Strategic Advice

Espo Estate Management Professional Services Framework

This framework offers a range of estate management professional services relating to the use, management, acquisition, disposal and development of land and property.

We are on the following lots which commenced on 29 March 2019:

  • Lot No: 5 - Strategic Asset Management and Development Service
  • Lot No: 6a - General Planning Services
  • Lot No: 7 - Compulsory Purchase and Compensation
  • Lot No: 8f - Planning, Valuation and Structure.

We are also on the following lots which commenced on the 21 April 2022:

Public Sector Framework
EN Procure Landsolve 2.0

AspinallVerdi has been appointed by EN:Procure to their Landsolve 2.0 Framework. EN:Procure - the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings limited.

The Landsolve 2.0 Framework aims to provide high-quality Land Brokerage and Advisory services to assist in generating capital and maximising the value of land. The Framework is for the benefit of the public and charitable sector and includes supporting the development of surplus land assets with the aim of delivering social infrastructure or other public policy objectives on a UK wide basis.

The consortium’s broader membership includes approximately 30 registered providers and local planning authorities nationally from Northumberland County Council to Wokingham Borough Council including Together Housing, The Guinness Partnership and Home Group.

The Landsolve 2.0 Framework was launched on the 18th of January 2021 (OJEU Contract Notice: 2020/S 212-520571).
