AspinallVerdi and Stantec appointed on the Viability and Deliverability of the Black Country Plan

Property Regeneration Consultants, AspinallVerdi and multi-disciplinary engineers Stantec have won a significant commission to carry out a viability and delivery assessment of the emerging Black Country Plan (BCP) for Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton Councils.
The Study will be an important part of the evidence base for the BCP. It will assess whether the housing and employment sites being considered as potential site allocations are financially viable and deliverable. The BCP is a joint planning framework for the whole of the Black Country. It is being produced to meet the future development needs of the area and to reflect the aspirations of local communities, aiming to identify and allocate sufficient land to meet the area’s housing and employment needs for the plan period.
