Background

Harron Homes instructed AspinallVerdi to produce an Economic Viability Report for the site known as Black Dyke Mills, Queensbury. The owners proposed a development which consists of 102 residential dwellings comprising a mix of 2, 3 and 4/5 bedroom properties.

For development to take place on the site there must be demolition of a warehouse building as well as the construction of a new access road.
