Site Specific Viability Assessments (VAs) for S106
AspinallVerdi is currently advising Babergh District Council on a Economic Viability Assessment for Chilton Woods. The development is for -
- Circa 1,000 new homes
- 15 hectare of new employment land
- New link road
- Neighbourhood centre
- Community woodlands
AspinallVerdi is advising on whether the applicant’s development assumptions are reasonable. We have reviewed build costs and sale values and have been testing development densities and land take with the applicant. Our assessment has involved benchmarking costs and values against recognized published data and comparable schemes.
AspinallVerdi is working with Babergh District Council and the applicant viability assumptions and scheme proposals to ensure policy contributions are maximised without impacting scheme delivery.
