This project followed-on from our work in the town centre masterplan. The Council instructed AspinallVerdi along with LDA Design and Faithfull & Gould to undertake analysis of development options for the area identified in the masterplan as the Cultural Quarter.

Services Provided

AspinallVerdi provided the following services:

• Development appraisals of options.
• Consultations with operators of pop-up space and agents for hotels. 
• Assessment of delivery options. 

Outputs 

For each development option, AspinallVerdi provided the Council with an assessment of the level of gap funding required and the delivery options available.  The Council could then make an informed decision, on which option to pursue depending on their attitude to risk.
