AspinallVerdi prepared an Economic Viability Assessment on behalf of Banks Group for the site known as land off Station Road, Mickletown. The owners proposed a development consisting of 181 residential dwellings comprising a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5 bed properties.

• A set of detailed financial development appraisals for the proposed development to indicate the potential for s106 contributions and affordable housing delivery
• A comprehensive assessment of the local residential market
• Outlined the issues with the site that would have implications in terms of construction, phasing and costs associated with the proposed development.

Outcome

Banks Group Ltd has submitted the planning application and is currently awaiting a decision from Leeds City Council’s planning committee.
