Stoke City Council commissioned AspinallVerdi alongside lead co-consultants Turley to undertake an Employment Land Review. AspinallVerdi were responsible for providing market context and producing a sites scoring matrix which provided an updated review of the existing and new employment sites proposed by the Council.

AspinallVerdi provided the following services:

• Property market context
• Produced a sites scoring matrix which reviewed each of the sites in context to market, physical and sustainable signals. The sites were scored based on very good, average and poor.

Outcome

The site scoring matrix informed by the overall study advising on which of the 123 sites should be retained as employment and which should not be allocated for employment.
