Favourite Projects

LB Hammersmith & Fulham - Hartopp Point - FVA

This project involved the demolition of two old tower blocks. The council intended to re-provide the 112 affordable units in total an provide 84% affordable housing. This project was challenging for Stephanie as it required a very fast turn around for the planning committee, but at the same time enjoyable because it worked out financially and the scheme got full planning permission.

London Square Ltd, Through Carter Jonas - Chigwell Site 2 - FVA

Having previously worked on site 1 at CarterJonas, the second site recently came forward for 14 units at AVL. This project involved a smaller site than Site 1, creating a different set of challenges as well as a short timeframe due to planning.
